Hi, I’m Paul and I turn ambiguity into products that scale.

I’m Paul, a Senior Product Designer in Vancouver with 10+ years of experience designing platforms, systems, and AI-driven products at scale. I’m currently working with Asana on Core Integrations and the Ecosystem Communications platform. Before that, I worked on AI and content experiences at Microsoft, including Copilot, MSN, and Responsible AI, after leading design at MASV.

I’m most useful where clarity is in short supply: a problem nobody has defined yet, or a live product that should be doing more. I start with the people it’s for, set a north star leadership can rally behind, then work closely with engineering and product to ship a focused first version and keep building toward it.
